Stream lead for IT Post Trading in the FINMA-regulated Operational Continuity project ("Too Big to Fail"). Multi-year project at Credit Suisse focused on regional disaster mitigation, flash/image copy, and improved database recovery.
Federation Solution for Major Banking Clients
Responsible as Project Manager for planning and steering a federation solution across web applications in the Securities Services domain for major clients such as CS and UBS . Follow-up: coordinated a new client-facing User-Entitlement-Management system for the same client base.
Mainframe Engineering & Hardware Lifecycle
